When do you offer pickup and delivery?
We offer pickup and delivery Monday - Sunday.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes, depending on your service area, minimum orders start at $30.
Do I need to be home when the driver picks up or delivers my laundry?
No you do not. When you place your order there is a place where you can note where you are leaving your laundry. The driver will look for it where you tell them it will be. We recommend a secure location like inside an unlocked garage, out of site on the front porch, etc.
How do I schedule an order online?
Click on the "Schedule a Pickup" button and you input your information there, including when you want your pick up and any special instructions.
Can I make a special request on how I want my laundry done?
Yes. There is a section where you can specify any special instructions.
Is there a contract or a long term commitment?
No there is not. You never have to sign a contract. We know that as long as we continue to give you outstanding service you will stick with us.
When I schedule an order, how will I be billed?
When you schedule pickup and delivery you are asked to input your credit card information like you would any other type of online purchase. Your credit card will be billed when your laundry is completed.
What do I put my laundry in?
We recommend putting your laundry in a closeable laundry bag or trash bag.
What happens if I am on a schedule and I go on vacation?
You can long into your account and put your service on hold until you get back.
How do I know how much my laundry will weigh so I know how much my order will cost?
You can get a quick estimate by putting your bag of laundry on your bathroom scale.
Another quick reference is a normal top-loader washer holds about 10-12 pounds of laundry. A front-loader can hold up to about 18 pounds.
